AIM's leadership team brings decades of combined aviation insurance experience — guiding the company with the same discipline, expertise, and commitment to partnership that defines everything AIM does.

Randy Kasen

Vice President – Operations and Business Development

Since joining Aerospace Insurance Managers in 2009, Randy Kasen has grown alongside the company — moving from underwriting through territory leadership and operational management to his current role as Vice President of Operations and Business Development, where he holds executive responsibility for both divisions and the teams within them. Randy's tenure has given him an institutional depth that is rare in this market — a comprehensive understanding of how AIM operates, where it is going, and what it takes to build a specialty insurance company the right way. He drives the strategic initiatives that position AIM for sustainable growth — modernizing operational infrastructure, shaping capacity partnership strategy, managing the compliance processes that govern agent appointments and state licensing, leading the development of the agency relationships that define AIM's market presence, and driving AIM's strategic expansion into new markets. Beyond the business, Randy holds an FAA Private Pilot Certificate with an Instrument Rating — a reflection of a genuine and lifelong connection to aviation that shapes his approach to this industry every day. His vision for AIM is clear — a specialty market that earns its reputation every day, grows with purpose, and remains the aviation partner of choice for agents who know this market.
